What kind of experience do you have in hood cleaning? What kinds of restaurants have you cleaned here in Orlando area?
We have over 15 years of experience in the industry and counting. We have cleaned large restaurant franchises, such as Boston Lobster Feast, Wingstop, Chik Fil A, Seabra Foods. No job is too small or too big for us.


We also have years of experience in commercial kitchens. We have all worked in restaurants prior RTS Hoods.

How thorough of a job do you do when cleaning our kitchen exhaust system?
We clean even the things you can't see. Often we go out to jobs and can see what the last company did not clean. Either these other companies do not have the equipment or know-how, or they are just plain lazy, or even worse, they are trying to take advantage of the establishment thinking the manager/owner will not inspect the ductwork and other hard to reach areas.

We clean everything in your kitchen exhaust system to bare metal. If there are areas that are inaccessible, our service report lets the person receiving the paperwork know about the problem and in most cases we can fix it.

What is your clean up policy after you are done?
We are committed to leaving the restaurant cleaner than we found it upon arrival. Our hood wrapping technique means less of a mess on your floor. Our industry size wet vacs can clean up the mess that unavoidably gets on the floor or equipment. We also polish most if not all stainless steel in the immediate vicinity of the hood, so you won't find any of those ugly watermarks that other hood cleaning companies leave behind.
